"Boltaan was known not to utter even one word but could it advance an idea to a higher level.  Hence, who better than he, to achieve what most believed impossible...bring the warring Clans, Tagberts and Doohaneys, to the table and arbitrate grievances, followed by agreements which would benefit ALL.  And so, one frightfully cold winters eve, Boltaan arranged a meeting of the Clans to gather together in the Sows Ear Pub.  There was much scowling accompanied by idle threats, ferocious fist shaking and finger pointing, a mix of nasty name calling and the occasional obscenity...but bargains were struck!  After swilling many a lager 'n' ale everyone became quite friendly and began seeing eye to eye (in a manner of speaking), toasting one another and raising their tankards in honor of Boltaan!  He who believed in his people and knew peace was possible......." - Art of Two M’s - 2011

Sculpted in porcelain, this item is hand painted with ceramic underglazes of cream, black, blue gray and burgundy accented with lustre green, lustre midnight blue, paprika red and caribbean blue then sealed with a clear overglaze. It is approximately 4 3/4" H x 4 1/2" W x 3" D and was completed in May, 2011.
